Auckland to Port Vila 2017
You guessed it!
The South Sea Vagabond and its trusty Vanuatu bound voyagers’ return for another episode of ‘Anita took too many photos at sea’. It was a super last minute decision to sail this year but boy am I glad I did. Sometimes peer pressure is a mighty fine thing. So on the last Friday in July, the 2016 crew reunited in the heart of the Auckland waterfront and joined by two new adventures, we set sail for Port Vila.
Sailing, as always, was a dream. With extra crew on board there was ample time to indulge my image making hence the long scroll ahead! Oh and it’s only part one. Please forgive me for taking too many photos of wonky horizons, and getting distracted by the way the colours shift like the waves with days and nothing is ever the same. There are also heaps of baller portraits of the awesome crew, sailing, repairing, fishing, cooking, reading, whale watching and general ‘life at sea’ing.
Basically the South Pacific Ocean second time round did not disappoint.
Happy Scrolling!
Really clever quirky pics and so good to see them. Really captures the essence of the sea and sailing and good sailing action shots. I will try organizing some of mine. Hope alls well with you? I did go to Santo to dive on the Coolidge which was a great buzz.
